Sifu's Promotion

"Sifu" is promoted to "Professor"

In November 2005, Grandmaster Rick Alemany flew to the mainland from Hawaii and surprised "Sifu" with his promotion to "Professor", seventh degree black belt.

Sifu Louie thought that he was going to attend a Black Belt seminar and was completely surprised. It was a great day!

Grandmaster had tipped off Cybelle (Sifu's wife) in advance, and she made sure that Sifu showed up for the 'seminar'.
